Programme Description
Diploma in Agrofood Technology, accredited by the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). This Diploma in Agro-Based Technology (AF) has been carefully designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to ensure food security. The curriculum, which spans 2½ years for full-time students and 4½ years for part-time students, includes lectures, laboratory work, tutorials, industry projects and work-based learning (WBL), all delivered in Bahasa Kebangsaan and English. - To apply for the Diploma in Agrofood Technology, applicants must fulfil one of the following requirements:
- Certificate (MQF Level 3) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00
- SPM or equivalent with at least three (3) credits in any subject
- Pre-Diploma (at least one semester) with SPM or equivalent (minimum three (3) credits)
- STPM or equivalent with a Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in any subject
- STAM with a minimum Grade Maqbul
- APEL A as per MQA guidelines
