PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Diploma in Photography Technology is a comprehensive three-year program designed to equip students with the technical expertise and creative skills required to excel in the field of photography and visual storytelling. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • A pass in SPM with a minimum of three (3) credits in any subject, or its equivalent; or
  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject, or its equivalent; or
  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul in any subject, or its equivalent; or
  • A pass in SKM Level 3 / Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) in a suitable field (Note: The HEPs are to conduct screening and provide a specific guidance for the respective discipline of the program); or
  • A Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a related field with minimum CGPA of 2.00 or its equivalent; or
  • Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.

Note: Candidate must pass an interview OR submission of portfolio as required by the HEPs.

International students are required to achieve a minimum score of Band 2 in MUET OR its equivalent.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least THREE (3) credits in any subjects (inclusive of Mathematics or any equivalent qualification); OR
  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum Grade C of Grade Point (GP) in any subject or equivalent qualification and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
    • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul (pass) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
  • Possess Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in a related field and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent.
  • Certificate [Level 3, Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF) in a related field with at least a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2. 00; OR
  • Other relevant & equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
